This could be a reverse photo, where it is a mirror image.

This is an interesting photo. The body is laying so that the head is placed at the right hand side (our right hand side). My Mortuary professors say that it is customary for the head to be laying on the left hand side (our left hand side). I haven't asked why it's customary but I will next semester. :)
