So, summer school sucks, especially when you're in middle school. For a few weeks this summer I had a great opportunity to experience both again with an awesome group of kids from Worcester East Middle School. I was the assistant teacher for two art classes, one composed of boys and the other girls, if you don't notice from the photos. It was a non-darkroom and bookmaking class, where the kids experimented with what art "really was" and several different forms of photography. Like I said, it was a great time, and I'll really miss the kids. I hope they enjoy the rest of their summer.
