Welcome to Cemeteries and Graveyards. I have always liked wandering through graveyards especially old ones. There are many treasures to be found especially with the old headstones and tombstones. Within the area I live in there are many old churches and cemeteries to stroll through. Many are left to ruin and the graves are seldom cared for. Yet others are well looked after and the grass is almost manicured. I wanted to introduce this gallery in 2010 but after loosing my mam on the 2nd January 2010 it just didnt feel right. Now a year has passed and I feel the time is right for me to work with this gallery. I dont think these places are morbid or wierd, I think of them as a place of rest where one can sit and think of their loved ones that have passed over. Also a place to just sit and be at peace with oneself. I hope you enjoy my quiet moments of Cemeteries and Graveyards.

yes, I have always loved old cemeteries too. not borbid places but places of peace & time to reflect on those you have loved & lost and look forward to seeing again one day!
