Its VEGAS Baby!

Travel photos again this month. I promise..., something different next month.

Jane and visited Las Vegas over Christmas. Our Marriott Grand Chateau timeshare (lovely place) was half a block off the strip and about a block from Bellagio with its famous fountains. Unfortunately, Christmas themes are not the greatest backdrop for the fountains. Right across the strip from the timeshare was the glittering new City Center. This is a spectacular showcase for design and camel-loads of money lavishly spent.

We spent one day visiting Hoover Dam. Lots of slow traffic because of security concerns. Also there is a new bypass highway under construction that will eliminate traffic that currently goes directly over the top of the dam. Good idea in these explosive times.

Only the first six images were framed and up at the Gallery. There are a few smaller prints in the bin. Yes, there are way too many images. No, you don't have to look at all of them, but thanks anyway :-)
