Friends from New Hampshire (Steve and Barbara) came out to Phoenix, AZ and we drove to Albuquerque, NM (on the way we visited the Pedtrified Forest and Painted Desert in AZ) for the Annual Balloon Festavel, from there we traveled to Santa Fe, then to Aztec Ruins in Aztec, NM. Continuing on to The Four Corners (where AZ,UT,CO, and NM all meet). Then on to Monument Valley. Our last stop was in Chinle, AZ at Canyon De Chelly where we spent the entire day enjoying the Indian cliff dwellings and the spectacular views from the canyon floor and from it's rim.
