They first played each other on October 8, 1898 and on Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Richardson Stadium, the Queen's Golden Gaels beat the McGill Redmen 39-20 in preseason action.

The 2007 season opener goes on Labour Day at 7:00pm versus the Western Mustangs at TD Waterhouse Stadium in London. What's with that, eh?

Thank you for picture 179. You might be interested to know that the young man is Jack McLean Hazlett great grandson of Jack McLean Hazlett who played for Queens from 1911-1914 and cousin of Ian Hazlett who played from 2003-2006, his uncle Paul Hazlett played 1976-1979. We are hoping that he will play in 2013! Your pictures are very good. A great addition to the Gaels. Lois Hazlett
