Since I unfortunately do not fly twins, I cannot recommend any specific twin as being better over the others... I think that high wing would be better for sightseeing. With exception of Shrike Commander, or something as new as the Extra 400, all twins known to me are low wings designs. This would leave the Commander or the Extra as the preferred choice.

I love you pix and site. I'd like to do something similar when we visit (again) Hawai'i (Oahu & Kauai). What camera did you use for these shots and what gallery do you use for posting / documenting these pix. We've been to Moloka'i and Kalaupapa, but never from a aerial view with these pictures. You recommend any particular twin prop planes for viewing?
