Nuthatch

I had great fun with this Red-breasted Nuthatch in 2008. It was always very close to me as I was filling up bird feeders, so I decided to see if it woould land on my hand, which it did rather quickly. My fingers did nearly FREEZE before I was able to get, at least a half-decent photo with which to share my exciting experience.
I know that I am rather easily entertained here at home :-)
