Pilot Training Class 64-A

On August second 1963, forty-six U.S. Air Force Officers and two Portuguese lieutentants were awarded their silver wings as qualified jet aircraft pilots. These pilots went on to serve their country and fly almost every type aircraft in the U.S Air Force inventory over the next twenty years. The Air Force is a large organization and class members rarely ran into each other. Forty-two years later it was time for a reunion. By now there were only 37 left and 30 of them along with their spouses met in Charleston SC for a weekend filled with smiles, war stories and warm friendship. This album is pictures of the people at that reunion. CLICK ON PICTURES TO ENLARGE
