Costa Rica

Marsha and I took a ten day tour of Costa Rica with Caravan Tours. We flew into San Jose the capital and linked up with our tour. The tour was on a Mercedes Bus with overnights at first class hotels. We essentially toured the whole country. The country is only about the size of West Virginia. We went from volcanos to rain forest to a national park only accessed by boat or light plane. A stop at the hot springs for a warm dip and then on to a beach resort on a surfing beach. A day at Manuel Antionio Park where the monkeys will steal your back pack if you don't keep an eye on it. We saw lots of different wild life and were able to get up close. The most unuasual was a 10 foot long boa constrictor view from only a few feet away in a small tour boat. We had a great time. I am really behind and will continue to add photos to this gallery.

I loved this gallery George. I am sold. Hopefully we will be doing the Costa Rica trip with Caravan in January. Good wildlife shots.
