Apache NF, Spring 2005

The last road trip that formed my sabbatical in the spring of 2005 was to the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.
Apache NF is located on the east side of Arizona. On my first hike out (alone) I encountered a bear. That ended my hiking.
Photography was thereafter limited to short distances from where ever I could drive my Jeep.
