hidden

hwy 95 near Tensed, Idaho

living in rural areas, it can be a problem to dispose of expired vehicles...here a farmer has found a perfect spot to hide his old truck behind the yellow wildflowers.....well...perhaps not perfect...or entirely effective...still his intent is to be admired...sort of..

Great shot of it David ( I still need to do mine). I like how that yellow flower looks in front of the massive truck. ~BV~

The farmer should plant some trees on the open flank. V

Like your tongue-in-cheek assessment of this "hidden"truck. Cool find and shot! V

This is a nice capture of this old vehicle, David. Perhaps somebody will discover and restore it... V

A good place to store a truck for 50 years till it comes a collectable relic

Fantastic find! V!

Hidden but not entirely neglected. The rubber on the tires looks to be of a later vintage.

Surrendering to nature. The colors perfectly compliment each other. Excellent shot. V

You'd need some pretty big flowers to hide this monster :) Strange that vehicles like this one are abandoned ! Whatever :) neat shot V

It doesn't look in too bad shape. Fix the windshield and get her rolling again!

It looks in good shape. Probably being used when harvest time comes .

Very observant... the truck doesn't look like it was there that long, but the flowers say different ~ nice capture David

Nice find of this Ford graveyard.

Seems its common practice especially farmers to just leave their old vehicles to rot.

I find it appalling that they just dump vehicles in the middle of nowhere. Sort of like the Saudis dumping trash all over the desert.

Nice capture of that old Ford, David!

One could consider it an art installation. Rather appealing in an odd way, with the vegetation growing around, and probably soon, inside it. V
