Lake Crescent, Olympic Peninsula, Washington

paddle boarding seems such a workout, and not the most comfortable way to zip across the water...still, scenic and placid Lake Crescent would be a good place to experience the ever more popular activity

If it were me I would be too concerned keeping my balance to look at the lovely scenery. The yellow jacket sure stands out. V

It does seem to be a lot of work, but is popular here too! So maybe it is the thing in the Northwest!

Paddle boarding becoming all the rage now - me I'd prefer a canoe... lovely image.

A very beautiful image indeed. My daughter loves to paddle board.

Such gorgeous scenery here, and well captured. I think I'd rather look at the lake from the shore than paddle across it on a board.

It does look like a calm place to learn and enjoy this sport. Great looking location.
