we are all being 'taken to the cleaners' these days, by corporations of every stripe...on April 1st local electricity rates went up by an average of $3.94 a month per family, and BC Ferry costs to Vancouver Island leaped from Can $71.50, for car and driver, just two weeks ago, to $74.70 now, and gasoline has begun it's steady climb to summer prices with a hefty increase...if only income went up at similar rates to costs
