Reifel Bird Sanctuary, Westham Island

somewhat surprising for the end of July, quite a few plants were in bloom...in the foreground a wave of daisies, and across the water both vetch and goldenrod

in response to Gill's question, there is a bridge, one lane only, connecting Westham Island to Ladner on the Fraser river delta
