the leg recovery continues, with physiotherapy for at least another month, tedious exercises at home, and the welcome obligation to go for walks several times a day, gradually increasing distance and speed....the walks give me the opportunity to A - build up muscle strength, and B - inflict pain upon my knee at a variety of interesting locations...today took a stroll/hobble along the Fraser River Trail at Southlands, and caught this shot of a friendly fellow and his dog, who stopped for a chat and a nuzzle respectively, while a passing luxury yacht, apparently also in some distress, was being slowly towed back to berth
