Life is sweet there in Van City! The skyline is very impressive standing there beyond the beach revellers. V

A mermaid watching the lithesome young man doing his thing. Did I ever tell you you are lucky to have a beach so close to the big city? V

What a joyous happy scene and, to boot, there is a mermaid lounging nearby and a couple in the distance. The light on his red hair and his back is a suction cup that drags you right in. Spectacular image.

Good choice of focal length makes for a nice backdrop for this summery scene. Good timing and choice of shutter speed freezes the water well.
