great photos, You can get some great views from the cockpit, keep it up. I hear UAL is pulling out of Alaska, but if you can get any of the global meltdown it is amazing. Thanks an old BEX friend

Greg, your from the flight deck images are really wonderful- artistic and capturing views we really never get to see in the way you do! all the shots are intimate and capture something special and powerful about flight and man-people! thank you! ps my father in law flew for eastern beginning in WW2, and his 1st DC3 hangs in the smithsonian, his name, he passed away more than 10-15 years ago sadly, was John Warner..JB he flew for eastern his entire career living in outskirts of boston and commuting to jfk to fly 1011's... i think he had something like 23,000 or 34,000 hours...and had lots of stories from his flight deck

thanks for sharing your amazing images... i look forward to seeing more! don

Greg,

We met at Gene's apartment last Spring (I am Gene's brother-in-law, and was visiing with my family). We've been checking out the Africa photos on your site, and I took a look at some of the other galleries. I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the various shots of Chicago. Really great stuff!

Best,
Craig Knox

What is the "Diamond Headworth"?
Mark 23-Nov-2004 13:53
Greg,
Great shots. I'm not sure if Geno shared this with you but the exact spot you were standing to take the "pipes" picture is where Scott Werner gave Joe Tats the Diamond Headworth...hallowed ground!

Let me know if you post anymore.

Happy holidays,
Mark
