The choir was established on 03 July 1995 and was called the INC Temple Choir. Since 1998, the choir has been known as the INC Tabernacle Choir.

The choir performed during the first musical GEM 'Isang Handog' in 2003, the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the church in 2004 and celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2005 with a program entitled 'Purihin Natin and Diyos'.
