Pacific Harbor Seal Siesta
Pacific Harbor Seal Siesta
We were fortunate enough to witness two Pacific Harbor seals on the beach at the Children's Pool Beach
in La Jolla, California. The 'pool' is actually a small, cove-like area that is partially protected by a sea
wall. One seal had come ashore and another was just making it's way to land when we arrived.>
Spectators could only view them from a small and crowded vantage point on the sea wall..
no one was allowed any closer..so I was glad I had my telephoto lens handy. :)
I think the photos will tell the rest of the story. Thanks for looking!
I will have some pics of the other seal up in a few days.
