My first ever White Christmas! It has been some 109 years since this part of
South Texas has seen a white christmas. (1895) Although there was some hard
freezes of the bay in the 80's news spread all around this being the first
white christmas in 109 years. It couldn't have been a more magical Christmas,
snow, beautiful full moon, and the beginning for wonderful new beginnings.
Update: The Victoria Advocate today acknowledged that this was the first recorded White Christmas
since weather records were kept in beginning 1893.
Now I know how a white christmas can be so magical!
