This template is to create a CD/DVD envelope by printing on card stock or printer paper. Be sure to use acid-free paper (I like 24 lb paper) or stock and acid-free glue.

In Photoshop, open 'CD_DVD Envelope-2.jpg'. Set up your 'Printer Properties' and 'Printer Dialog' boxes as shown. If you receive an error saying some clipping will occur, just ignore and proceed to print.

Cut on outer dark gray lines. Fold on light gray lines and glue or tape on sides (double-stick tape gives a nice finish).

To use the blank front CD envelope, just crop or resize your image or artwork to 5x5 inches and layer into the blank space on the template. See example image.
