Northern skies.jpg

Near Fraser Lake, BC

Did some running around Aurora chasing last nighit.
No luck, but too cold to sit and wait in the middle of nowhere.
There was a distinctive redness in the northern sky plus some fog.

Such a nicely framed sky, and again, that hint of light on the horizon is just excellent. V.

I definitely see a touch of something about the trees. Love the vastness of sky above the curving road

there does seem a hint of northern lights just above the tree line...spectacular sky all the same...here I went to Spanish Banks for the view to the north...the sky was clear, but saw not a trace of the aurora despite predictions in local media..
