Looks like you should get some interesting images with the lens and tubes, and this one is a nice abstract. I must say, though, I lived in Turkey for eight years and never saw a dish like this ;-). V.

interesting experiment...the image seems flattened (like a telephoto effect) with the extension tube...graphically it works great...
