This is one of the most modern fireboats in service. Very similar to the tractor tugs, it uses cycloidal propellers which are pretty much directly below the pilothouse and allow exact positioning. It can pump approx. 38,000 gallons per minute, has foam capabilities, etc. It replaced the older fireboat seen in the earlier picture.
