Fantastic gallery mate, good to see an old school chum turned out so talented,
Hi Gerwyn, your photos are stunning, really enjoyed looking at all of them. Ann
Just started a photography course in Cardiff, and when we had to say who
our favourite photographer was, I said Gerwyn Gibbs :)
Found your pic of wire-haired dachshund. I was looking for a puppy, just lost my fur baby. I thought you might be able to give me some advice. My family lived in Wales in the 1950s we had a house that I am trying to find. Perhaps you know how to spell or maybe where it is. I don't know Welsh if you can figure it out here it goes
Linn Barry Ed that's how it sounds but may be Llynbaird any help would be appreciated. Located in Wales it was an old monastery. Thanks for your help even spelling it right would be excellent
I have been looking for photographs of the Brecon Beacons National Park (Waterfalls Walks in particular) and I need to hear from you if you are interested in supplying some of your images for a new Walks pack that I am responsible for putting together.
If you could email me please asap at firstname.lastname@example.org I'd be glad to hear from you. I'm on 01792 582101 if you prefer to ring...

Hello there Gibbsy,
Love the photos of the Vale Beaches, I used to lifeguard on a few of them.
Couldn't find any other way to get in touch so thought I would leave my email.
Wanted to ask a question about your photo's. [email@example.com.]
I stumbled across your photography through researching some local photography for a website which I am producing. I must say I was bowled over with some of your shots. Absolutely stunning! I've tried finding a contact number/email to no avail. We would love to use some of your photography on our client's website and were wondering if this would be possible. If you could please contact us on 01792 851 718 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org I would very much appreciate it.

This is Chris Lucas again (the evacuee)I wonder whether you have managed to contact your aunt Betty or Mona,if you do happen to speak to either in the near future, would you please give them my fond regards, and if it is at all possible that they may have a photo of Matt and Cassie that they can copy, I would be very happy if they could send one to me. Regards Christian Lucas
Beutiful photography,I was evacuated to Mountain Ash in 1944 with my brother and we stayed with the Gibbs family at 1, Cilhaul Terrace for almost a year,I wonder whether you are any relationship to the gibbs family that lived at this address.

Your recent work is quite stunning to behold; It conveys a visceral and even spiritual connection to the world around you, more than a mere passion would produce. I'm not often inspired like this and wanted to thank you for sharing your outstanding work!

I live near Chicago and have been to Wales twice
-- sadly I didn't have a digital at the time and have few prints scanned) and you've woken up my wanting to go again. It rumbles in me now and then anyway, but I am hungry for it today!
You know, it is always good to come home, but I think I lost part of myself there on the first trip, and came back with something more. Beautiful pictures. I cannot return for a while, but in the meantime I can come here. Thanks!
thanks for the comments
Loved your pictures of Rest Bay, great to see our local beach look so fantastic. Would love to use one of your pictures for a poster for a local surfing contest in Porthcawl.
Also would be intersed in purchasing a print.
