Brookfield's Butterfly Garden a seasonal walk thru exhibit with butterflies which are native to Illinois.
Very nicely exhibited, I liked the the arrangements of flowers and brushes in this airy, bright sunshiny exhibit, but they also need shelter from the wind. Lots of colorful flowers, a little pond, basking stones and fruit for some early spring flyers. Butterflies prefer colors of purple, yellow, orange and red.
