If there were to be a place where i wana migrate, it will be San Francisco. Having experienced the buzz of New York City, the extravaganza in Las Vegas, there left something that my heart is yearning for - peacefulness and calmness. How ironic could that be, a big modern city offering peacefulness and calmness? It's hard to articulate this feeling, just step into SF and you'll know what I'm saying.
When I watch National Geographic channel, there are scenes where commuters in XXX Country cling on to a bus, and letting go their hands means some tradgedy on the road. I can't help but detest such transport system. But what a change of perception i have when i see the same thing happening in SF everyday(3rd row 3rd pic). This act of clinging on to a bus seems so cool and civilised. What's happening to me? Guessed it's just the San Francisco poison working on me.
Back in my literature class in sec sch, there's an assignment where I'm supposed to write a future technology. My essay was on a self-cleaning toilet, and I could still remember the comment by my bimbotic teacher was: "Gross". Well, not that this technology has just been invented. But it's the first time I'm witnessing the realization of my idea(1st row 3rd pic)! What suck about this toilet is it's slow turnover time - I needa wait for about 3 min after the last person exit b4 i could use the toilet.
It's a pity that I'm in SF for only 2 short days, and I'm sure I'll be back! Who knows, i might land myself a job at Silicon Valley?! No wonder the genius in Silicon Valley can thrive - SF is just a such beautiful place for people to relax their mind, to think, and to innovate! Well.. no link.. but whatever.. haha
