To get away from the Phoenix summer heat we took a ride to Williams and Flagstaff, Arizona to see Bearizona (a wildlife drive-through park), historic Route 66 sights in Williams and finally Walnut Canyon National Monument, an ancient cliff-dwelling canyon that dates back a thousand years.
