Australian Invertebrates

Invertebrates make up by far the greatest majority of the worlds animals. Unfortunately, we are raised in a culture where only big (and usually furry) animals are "worth anything" (including our interest) and the usual response towards invertebrates is one of reaching for the chemical warfare to blast them to oblivion (thus ironically, killing the predators of these problem animals and creating super species). By far the majority of invertebrates are harmless to people, and when seen on a large scale, are very interesting. I hope these galleries will reveal the beauty of the small "creepy crawlies" that we share the world with.
