Artillery Range and Camp - Old Photos

From 1905 until 1959 a military camp existed at Bronaber near Trawsfynydd, with the nearby Cain Valley aquired as an artillery firing range. Parts of the range are still closed to the public due to the presence of live munitions.

Keith, excellent photos. My Great Grandfather, Francis James O'Neill was camp warden/caretaker at Bronaber and devoted over 50 years of his life to the Army.

Thanks for all your trouble Keith, it was a pleasure to see the photos, even though Francis O'Neill wasn't in any of them!
