I did this quickly yesterday and didn't have time to correct exposures so some (hihg ISO) are overexposed. The clue to what's what is in each image's title. Whiskey bottles make superb test targets because of the contrast range and small print on them.
Conclusion. Panasonic TZ4 best up to 200iso, Canon S90, 400iso, Panasonic G1 800iso and E3 1600iso. The E3 to my eye has fantastic image quality (I have 1ds2 so I know what FF is like), partly due to the superlative 12-60 lens.
