Hocking Hills State Park located in Ohio is an amazing location to view spectacular waterfalls, explore the many trails through the sandstone and black shale gorge and pine forest and ash groves. The most famous cave is the Old Mans Cave that derives its name from the hermit Richard Rowe who lived in the large recess cave of the gorge. The most recent images were taken the morning after a brief blizzard and frigid temperatures which had followed a day of sunshine. With this happening more small icicles were formed throughout the gorge.
