Vietnam

We spent two weeks here in Late October of 2002.
We were struck by the beauty of the countryside and by the friendliness of the Vietnamese people.
What a wonderful place to visit!

Ah, nice to meet a fellow traveller - I was in Vietnam in 2001 for 6 weeks but have not put up all my pictures, I got as far as Central Vietnam I think, I should do some more when I find the time. Will look at some of your other travel pics galleries.

beautiful photos but the subjects are what make these photos unique- give anyone a plane ticket and a camera and they could do the same.

I was in Vietnam and many of the same places as you were just weeks before you. :) I'm still uploading my photos to PBase, but it's interesting to see your pics; many are similar to mine and I see many scenes (in yours) I wish I'd shot. You really did a fantastic job capturing the colorful beauty of the the places you went and the people you met.
