Walk for the Children of the World

On February 22, 2003 a group of young and old alike walked 3.5 miles to benefit the children of the world. This walk will benefit the children of Kinsasha in Africa. Please join me on my two hours walk through the 6 walk stations of Mission Bay, San Diego. A lot of my co-workers and most of my students pitched in to help with the fundraiser. One six year-old student told me, "Teacher, I can't give anymore... I've given all I have". With those words said, I gave that student one dollar on New Year for goodluck. In church, he puts that one dollar bill I gave him into the collection plate... Children are just amazing. Note that there is no picture of walkers during the walk. If there is, then it'll be mostly of people's back.
