When I spotted these flowers by the window, I thought it would be interesting to take a few pictures.
The flowers are in the shadow and are rather dark while the background is very bright. I switch the
camera to spot focus on the flowers which blew out the background, an intended effect.

Post process using Paint Shop Pro 8: 1% fade reduction, slight saturation enhancement, 20% contrast
enhancement. USM with radius 0.5, strength 100, and no clipping. Resampled and frame added.
