I stalked eleven fish that were sipping small Mayfiles (baetis) in the current line along the near shore, fishing size 20 sparkle duns and other small BWO patterns on 6x tippet. In between 30 mph gusts,I rose ten fish, landing 6, leaving my flies in 3, and had one throw my size 20 sparkle dun.
