As may be expected from persons of our modest years, we have been fortunate to have many mates with the same interest in food and wine and , naturellement, photography. As we from time to time shall be inviting/requesting/demanding/nay threatening that our mates provide their most memorable images from OZ and indeed, around the world, it seems eminently reasonable to show to our widening public just what these self and otherwise assessed photographers look like and perhaps add some small inoffensive bio notes to round out their images.

However, to avoid any taste of self-grandiosity they shall be identified only by their first names.Or possibly by some meaningful initials and nicknames. Although their work speaks for them, we must say that the images also speak volumes for their skill, which indeed will, as it were and indeed devised, raise the overall standards of some of our own work. It is called "basking in their glory".
