A new years wish for everyone. This is a picture af a traditional delicacy we eat in The Netherlands when the years change :-) I don't know if it is known in other parts of the world too. These are "oliebollen" and "appelflappen". Oliebollen are made from dough with or without raisins and baked in oil. Appelflappen are slices of apple surrounded with dough and baked in oil too. You can eat them with icing sugar.
