Hainanese Chicken

The Hainanese chicken, originated from Hainan, China is
serve with rice. We call it, Hainanese chicken rice.
The meat is cooked by boiling in water flavoured with
garlic and ginger. The dish is usually served with several
dips, including chilli sauce and pounded ginger.
