When I was a child, my grandmother took me into the woods in the George Washington National Forest in Virginia. She picked mushrooms that looked like the corals shown in the pictgures. I called them "sprangled" mushrooms for lack of a better name. Are these edible. I would love to go pick them again before I die of old age.
