Club Quarters Midtown, as nice as the Club Quarters Rockfeller, two blocks away, less the view. |
New York is only New York when you start with Starbucks... and the look. |
One of the symbols in front of the Rockfeller Center |

Follow-up on the Starbucks story: take it with you! |

The Flatiron in the shade (three times) |
Need a fork? You can also find plates and any kind of houseware here between the Flatiron and Union square |
Guess why I waited and waited in women's clothing shops? |
I you get a kid, you need a park. Same for dogs. |
While on the "Sex & the City" tour we had to taste this speciality of New York. No wonder that America turns fat. |
Rent a bike and visit Central Park with it. This and the next six pictures are from the West side of New York along the Hudson. Next time we'll do the same in the south for the bridges. |

While biking through Central Park we met all kinds of people |
Especially at Abercrombie & Fitch: 10-15 minutes in-line to enter the shop, same to enter a fitting room and same to pay! The chance for (young) ladies is to get a picture with mister beautiful at the entrance. I would have asked a picture with the lady, but shyness forbidding...
These are my friends from Abercrombie while I was waiting on my daughter to return a wrong sized shirt. They tame the line of all those fans wanting desperately to enter. If you meet them tell them where they can access this picture. |
When you are not inside Abercrombie you can look at all these shops below Central Park along the 5th. And here there is no line. I have to return as the diamond I'm interested in will only be back on August 30th. Just after the entrance on the left. Nice Yellow. |

Not the Louvre pyramid (tetrahedron), but the glass cube above the Apple store. |
Now that this is not an hotel anymore it's still used heavily for filming. No chance to get a flat. |
Century Twenty-One at the end of the E line on the left of Ground Zero. All the brands at discounted prices. |

Sky scrapers? |
Several pics of the Rockfeller Center "Top of the Rocks" as I couldn't chose. I have also let some of my preferred model. No line and better view than the Empire State Building. Actually, when you're on the Empire State, you can't see it, can you? |
Spot the air balloon? I guess that there was a several hours line to ride it. |

One terrasse in the sun, one terrasse in the shade. And vice-versa. |
New York, America, Flags, etc. |
Again near the Rockfeller Center |
Again the perfect New York tourist |
