Rough Week
Yea, I missed a few days. The week just caught up with me. Wasn't feeling well and was working overtime. Just never dawned on me to whip out the phone and take a pic.
It was just me and Eli on Saturday, so we had lunch and played some Wii.

Being broke makes you get a little more resourceful with your lunch choices. This was actually quite tasty. And only a buck at the dollar store by our house. They have some dollar microwave sammiches as well. Those are pretty good too.

Big talk...
I keep saying I'm gonna have an Atari night. I need to just do it. But with playoff hockey going on, it might have to wait.
We had a thread going last night about our favorite Atari 2600 game was. Seems I'm not the only one who remembers them with fondness.

Recycling
Been collecting my beer and pop cans since last fall. Getting pretty close to a full can. Might have enough to take the family out for dinner when it's full.

Through what??
I felt like crap this week. Pretty sure I have a pinched nerve somewhere as well. Every time I cough or sneeze, I got these shooting pains that start in my back and extend to my arms and torso. It goes away after a few minutes, but it sure stings like a bitch for a minute or so.
I ended up typing my symptoms into google and was amazed what came back.
Sounded more like a question a new inmate might ask in prison.

Went into work early Friday. Had to get caught up on all the work that had been piling up since Wednesday. It was a nice sunrise. And since we really aren't allowed to take pictures while on campus, I took this from outside the security gate.

I loves me some Subway
One of the worst day at this job so far. I have like 3 hours worth of work to try and catch up on. And the system was completely fubar. I could have stayed late but there was no guarantee the system was gonna work, so I left. Tomorrow is a new day.
So here was the high point of my day...a 6" turkey special. Yea...it was that kind of a day.

Hoping this spring is not as harsh...
Had to get on the roof today to try and figure out how to fix my squirrel problem. It's not gonna be as easy of a fix as I thought. Might actually have to have a friend come over and do it for me. It's gonna involve new sheet metal, and he's got the tools for it.
Anyways, while I was up there, I was looking at my pathetic tree. It was pretty beat up from last springs storms. It's gonna take a long time to grow back.
I'm just hoping it doesn't suffer anymore damage this year.
