Had the opportunity to shadow another photographer this afternoon. I went along as a fly on the wall to see how other photographers work their craft. It was a very enlightening experience, not only from a technical standpoint, but a personal one as well. She was quite good at dealing with the little girls involved in todays' shoots.


There are a lot of things you can learn from the web and books. Interaction with clients isn't one of them. I had a great time today and learned more than I could have imagined about the client/photographer relationship.


I was all revved up once I got home to try something new with on camera light, but my primary model was covered in paint. So, Ian graciously agreed to stand in for my test shots.
