Lewes, East Sussex. Sleepy, picturesque and rebellious - their bonfire night celebrations are amazing and VERY LOUD - you can't see the bangers... This time I took my camera and these are the pick of the crop. We watched several of the processions go past us, but due to a gobsmackingly amateur crowd control cock-up by the cops the rest were turned around and sent back.

Don't send crowds into dead ends fellas, it's not hard.

We caught up with them in time for the firesite and the display was amazing :) the bonfire was truely gigantic... and all great fun :)
