Probably you already know that your humble truly is an epicurean bear
and I can appreciate all the best things in life.
I do like good food and I have developed a talent for cooking, also with my travelling experiences.
I have decided to share some of my favourite recipes with you.
My culinary style might be called “Fusion”, that is very fashionable nowadays, but, in short
simply means to put together all the best of different cooking traditions of different countries.
My rules are simple and fundamental:
I eat all what cannot eat me
I taste all at least once, before deciding I don’t like that
I privilege the freshness and the genuineness of ingredients.
Quality is better than quantity ( but if it’s one of my recipes, quantity is welcome too)
