I have made view B but with three-quarter sleeves, to create a kurta-style tunic. The fabric is a turquoise paisley lawn, bought from International Fabric Collection (www.intfab.com). This pattern is sized on an S-M-L basis, which might not be precise enough for some people, and it has a very narrow seam allowance - 6mm (1/4 in) - assuming that everyone has an overlocker (serger). I cut a size larger than I needed and took a wider seam allowance - 1cm (1/2 in). The fit is roomy, perhaps a little large, but comfortable.
