To change any negative to a positive click on inverse in any photo editing program. There is a free viewing program on the internet known as Irfanview which has a feature on it for doing that with color and black and white negatives.
Most scanners also have that feature.

I have scanned some old glass black & white negatives, how can I change them to positives?
