Library Garden

New London, NH

This is the Tracy Memorial Garden. It was first built before the depression. Then in the 20's was not kept up. Just a few years ago the original plans were used to rebuild the gardens as they were in the past. Many helpers planted over 5,000 bulbs. In this shot the sun is just rising and the reflection can be seen on one of the library windows. Also the automatic sprinklers came on just after I took this shot, and I had to move quickly!
