I filled the wire holes with some hot melt glue to keep water out

I put velcro on the cancel unit so I could mount under the fairing

I located the cancel unit on the under side of this panel with velcro

The flasher is rubber mounted so you can flex it out to aid in removing the connector. Press the black tab to release connector

If you insert a small jewlers screwdriver into the connector you can release the pins

Now I can cut the wire and splice it. You don't have to remove the pin to do this.

Yellow wire is now spliced onto connector pin for flasher (blue wire)

Gray wire gets connected to flasher output (brown wire) and red wire from cancel unit goes to the other side of blue wire

The brake relay is here. You need to attach a wire to the brake lights, and this was the closest place for me.

I accessed the brake wire in the harness under the relay by removing the left side panel
